JAN 2006, VOL 83, No 1, page 51. The name of one of the presenters of the education session “Hot Topic: Nurse Your Environment” was misspelled. The presenter's name is Dennis Reed.
JAN 2006, VOL 83, No 1, page 162. In Table 2: Malignant Hyperthermia Emergency Response, the proper reconstitution of a 20-mg vial of dantrolene sodium is 60 mL of sterile water.
FEB 2006, VOL 83, No 2, page 400. An incorrect illustration was labeled as Figure 2 in the article “Reducing positioning changes during robotic lead placement.” The figures should have appeared as they appear below.

The patient is positioned with the left hand in an orthopedic finger traps for the skin prep. The shaded area shows the area of the skin prep. The prep continues around the torso to the table edge on the back.

The left arm is draped and positioned at the patient's side for creation of the generator pocket.
